1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Defined terms appear in bold on first use and retain their defined meaning throughout this document.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you (the Player) and dwg88 (the Operator).

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dwg88 does not accept accounts from individuals under 21, regardless of the applicable legal gambling age in your specific locality.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being); corporate entities, trusts, and automated programs may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of dwg88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered or previously registered under a self-exclusion program maintained by dwg88 or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You must not be located in, or a resident of, a Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

4Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same identity documents, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP) or passport, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth.

4.2 KYC Verification Process

dwg88 conducts identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires you to submit, via the Account panel, clear copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian KTP (preferred) or valid passport. The document must be current, fully legible, and unobstructed.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or photograph confirming that the bank account, e-wallet, or payment channel used for deposits is registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of you holding your ID document, taken within the last 30 days, may be requested at the sole discretion of the Operator.

dwg88 will complete standard KYC reviews within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving all required documents. Enhanced due diligence reviews may take up to seven (7) business days where additional checks are warranted. During the review period, the Account Balance remains accessible for wagering but is not available for withdrawal.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is considered to have been authorized by you, whether or not such activity was actually carried out by you personally. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, contact dwg88 support immediately at [email protected].

5Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods & Processing Times

dwg88 accepts deposits via the following channels. All deposits are denominated in IDR and credited to your Account Balance at the exchange equivalent where applicable:

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or channel registered in your own legal name. dwg88 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• dwg88 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which dwg88 accepts no liability.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your Balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transfer receipt (bukti transfer) for manual verification.
• dwg88 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit where anti-money-laundering (AML) checks raise a concern, pending further review.

6Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, WIB/UTC+7). Standard processing timeframes from the moment of approval are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: 15 minutes to 1 hour
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI: up to 3 hours
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: 15 minutes to 1 hour

During peak periods, national public holidays, or scheduled maintenance windows, processing times may extend beyond the above estimates. Players will be notified of any significant delay affecting their pending withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no daily maximum for verified accounts in good standing.
• A completed KYC review is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. Accounts with pending or failed KYC may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment channel registered in the same name as the dwg88 Account. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable and will not form part of any withdrawal request.
• dwg88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any single withdrawal exceeding Rp 100.000.000, which may extend the processing timeline by up to five (5) business days.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers on dwg88 are subject to these general rules in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Each promotion is available to one (1) Account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through related accounts constitute abuse and will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and possible Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are credited to the Bonus wallet and are separate from cash Balance. Bets are drawn first from Bonus Funds, then from cash Balance, unless the Player has opted out of a specific bonus prior to wagering.
• dwg88 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered through.

7.2 Wagering Requirements & Game Contributions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the deposit). Standard game contribution rates toward Wagering Requirements are:

• Slot games (all providers): 100% contribution
• Crash games (Aviator, etc.): 100% contribution
• Live casino — Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar: 15% contribution
• Live casino — Roulette, Blackjack, Poker: 10% contribution
• Togel (numbers lottery) markets: 50% contribution
• Sports betting — pre-match (odds ≥ 1.50): 100% contribution
• Sports betting — in-play / live betting: 50% contribution
• Combination / mix parlay bets: 100% contribution where all legs settle at odds ≥ 1.30 each

Bets that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on both outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) do not contribute to Wagering Requirements.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to the Account. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited without compensation.

8Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Platform operate under rules published in the respective game-information panels within the Platform interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted those rules. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions prevail.

dwg88 uses independently certified RNG technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios — including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — and are governed by those studios' operational procedures in addition to dwg88's platform rules. Game outcomes are final once settled and are not subject to reversal except in the case of a proven technical malfunction.

The Platform hosts a dedicated togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) section covering Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau, as well as live sabung ayam (cockfighting simulation) streams where available. These markets operate under their own draw schedules and result-verification processes, which are published within each market's game panel. Results are final once officially drawn and verified.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform. dwg88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any prohibited activity, and to void and forfeit any Balance associated with such activity:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identification or age information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any activity related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting a software error, platform bug, or payment processing fault to generate or retain funds that would not otherwise be credited under normal operating conditions. Any such funds are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in bandar bola-style syndicate operations — coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes across multiple accounts.
• Hedging bets across two or more accounts — whether personally held or held by associates — in a manner designed to minimise risk artificially while clearing bonus Wagering Requirements.
• Using another person's payment method or Account credentials, with or without that person's consent.
• Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at dwg88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to brand name, logos, graphics, game assets, user-interface design, software code, text, and data — is the property of dwg88 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of dwg88. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dwg88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dwg88 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from network outages, Internet Service Provider failures, or disruptions to third-party payment platforms (BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, etc.) that are outside dwg88's operational control;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Losses arising from a Player's decision to gamble in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited by local law.

12Privacy & Data

dwg88 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

dwg88 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains strict internal access controls to prevent unauthorised access to Player data. Personally identifiable information is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Limited data sharing with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities is conducted only as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

13Responsible Gaming

dwg88 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible via the Account panel at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when lowered, and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when raised.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications after a specified duration of continuous play, configurable from 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion periods of 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A short-term break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days that suspends Account wagering activity without requiring full closure.

14Amendments

dwg88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Minor changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, and updates to payment method lists) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

15Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which dwg88 is incorporated and licensed to operate. For operational matters and player disputes, dwg88 acknowledges the regulatory environment of the Republic of Indonesia and commits to applying international standards of player protection consistent with those norms.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through dwg88's internal complaint process (see Clause 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Players retain the right to seek injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
